Return & Refund Policy

Return

Our return policy allows for item(s) return and your choice of a full refund or replacement item(s) within 7 calendar days from the date of purchase in-store or date of received by mail.

We do have requirements for processing a return. You may return your item(s) due to any of the following reasons:

  • Returned item(s) must be shipped back to us within seven (7) calendar days. Countdown begins from the date you received the item to the post stamp stated on the parcel you return to us.
  • After 7 calendar days, all item(s) are not eligible for return.
  • A receipt or proof of order is required for all items.
  • The item(s) must be returned in original condition or defective item(s) with its tags and labels. Any item(s) comes with the product are expected to be returned together, gift with purchase and its original packaging.
  • Returned item(s) that have been damaged, soiled, washed, worn or altered will not be accepted and will be returned to the Customer. Please also note that item(s) that are damaged as a result of wear and tear are not considered to be faulty or defective.
  • Incorrect/wrong item(s) not matching your order must be supported by proof of order.
  • Arcade Dusk will not be liable for any loss or damage of your return package and/or item(s) handled by your preferred courier company.
  • Once we received your item(s), we will inspect and notify you that we have received your returned item(s).
  • Arcade Dusk reserves the right to amend this policy at any time without prior notice.

Refund

If your refund is approved, we will initiate refund to your bank account. You will receive the refund within 3-5 working days.

Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item(s). Shipping costs are non-refundable.

If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
